Transfer Service Details

Our Transfer is PRIVATE. You will not be sharing the vehicle with anybody else. So there will be no extra stops on the way. Our Vehicles are new and are in excellent conditions.

We accept cash payments only with bills in US dollars (less than 100usd), Canadian dollars (less than 100cad), Euro, Mexican pesos, bills must not be broken, scratched, dirty and old, payment is made when boarding the vehicle

The service to or from Holbox is carried out as boarding or destination the Chiquila ferry. Our transfers are land and do not include ferry tickets in any displayed price.

The prices of the service do not include covers mouths, masks & gloves.

The payment is in "Cash Only" to the cab driver when boarding the vehicle For safety reasons our drivers do not handle cash. Tips are not included in the service. If you prefer not to tip the driver, please bring the exact amount mentioned on your reservation ticket when your payment is in cash. The bill we do not accept are 100 USD and stained, broken or incomplete.
For each transfer it is possible to request a deposit to guarantee the confirmation of the reservation.

The baby and booster seats are priced at $ 150 mxn or $ 10 usd each.

We track your FLIGHT NUMBER, so you won't have to wait at the airport. Delayed flights subject to availability.

Our service is Door to Door and brings you directly to the main lobby of your hotel in Cancun, Riviera Maya or ferry terminal if going to Isla Mujeres, Holbox or Cozumel

The price is per vehicle. All rates include taxes. No Hidden Charges.

The prices displayed do not include the highway toll fee, Ferry tickets, parking and food consumption inside the vehicle.

In case of requiring a courtesy stop at the ATM or currency exchange, it is done with the engine off.

We are a Pet Friendly company, only that your pet must go in its cage, if you would like to take it loose with you and your pet leaves the vehicle dirty either because of its fur or for some physiological reason, you must pay $500 mxn or $28 usd or $29 euros or $35 Canadian dollars, for the cleaning of the vehicle.

If you and your group have this situation, you must notify the reservations area since there is an extra cost to go to different terminals, the extra cost for each different terminal is $150 mxn $10 usd $11 euros or $12 Canadian dollars.

The transfer contemplated for a capacity of 9 or 10 passengers includes light to medium luggage per person.

Deployed prices are for promotion and do not apply invoice (Factura).

It is the responsibility of the passenger to verify that he has not left any forgotten object, we are not responsible for forgotten objects inside the vehicle.

Credit card refunds take at least 6 business days, with the maximum charge made one day later, otherwise it will remain as a credit balance.

To confirm the reservation we will ask you for a deposit of at least $200mxn by Mexican bank transfer or $12usd by PayPal.
