How do we find our driver?
Our staff awaits you at the airport or at the port of Chiquila, holding a sign with your name on it. As indicated on your ticket.
You will recognize our driver as we will send you a photo of him via whatsapp.
Who do I pay, how and when?
You pay the driver at the airport, or when you board the vehicle, in full at the port of Chiquila. The amounts are expressed in your ticket, we only accept bills that are not torn, stained, marked in any way and we also do not accept coins since we cannot change them here. We also do not accept traveler's checks. We accept Mexican pesos (ask at the reservations office for the current exchange rate). We accept Canadian dollars and euros. The payment of the ticket DOES NOT INCLUDE TIPS.
What if we can't find our driver or front desk person?
Our staff is always there. They are most likely just loading another family into a vehicle. If you cannot be reached, please contact our reservations staff via whatsapp or by phone and they will contact the staff who will receive you at the designated meeting place.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
you need to contact us if you arrive on a different flight if your flight is delayed or if your flight is cancelled, so that we can verify availability according to our reservations, if your transfer has a deposit and you will notify one day prior to your arrival this will be returned, if you report any abnormality on the day you travel, your deposit will be forfeited.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, we have the price per baby seat or booster these have a price of $150 mxn $10 usd $7 euro or $15 Canadian dollars.
Can you take us to a restaurant or supermarket before going to our hotel, or to chiquila?
Of course! Simply send us a whatsapp with your request and we will give you a quote for any restaurant. For the supermarket stop it is an extra of $600 mxn $30 usd $25 euro or $40 Canadian dollars for each hour or partial hour. Usually 1 hour is enough.
Must be booked in advance. We will take you to the most logical store (in terms of route) on the way to your hotel or back from the port of Chiquila.
What is the usual tip?
It can be from $5 usd or $100 mxn to $10 usd or $200 mxn Tip for the driver IF he helps you with your bags, explains things to you along the way or leaves you alone if that is what you prefer.
The transfer is private?
If it is private, only the people indicated on the reservation ticket go.
What does our rate from Chiquila airport or from Chiquila to Cancun airport include?
Our service rate includes only the private transportation service, direct without stops from the Cancun airport to the port of Chiquila or vice versa on the specified date and time, as appropriate to your reservation.
Is there a limit on the amount of luggage we can take?
Yes, a maximum of two small pieces per person are allowed without additional charges.
Do we have stop courtesy included in our service?
There are only courtesy stops at exchange houses or ATMs that are within the scope of the route.
This courtesy stop will be made with the vehicle's engine off during the wait.
Can I take my pet with me on the trip?
Of course yes, we are a pet friendly company, only that your pet must go in its cage, if you would like to take it loose with you and your pet leaves the vehicle dirty either because of its fur or for some physiological reason, you must pay $500 mxn or $28 usd or $29 euros or $35 Canadian dollars, for the cleaning of the vehicle.
What happens if we are a group of people arriving on different flights and different terminals at the same time?
If you and your group have this situation, you must notify the reservations area since there is an extra cost to go to different terminals, the extra cost for each different terminal is $150 mxn $10 usd $11 euros or $12 Canadian dollars.
Therefore, it is very important to notify if your group travels on different flights and determine the number of terminals that will be entered.
Can you take me from the Cancun airport to other places, such as Tulum, Playa del Carmen or the Cancun hotel zone?
