About Holbox: Holbox It is a beautiful tropical island and a great destination for adventure tourism but also for relaxation. Holbox's name comes from the Mayan meaning "Black Hole"

Where is it located?🤔👀🗺️📍 You can locate HOLBOX in the north of the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico, state of Quintana Roo. It is part of the Yum Balam Biosphere Reserve and is separated from the mainland by the Yalahau lagoon. If you come to visit Cancun you will find it approximately two hours and 30 minutes to the north.
